Dazed, bloodied and speechless with trauma, Sarah Carter (SHAUNA MACDONALD) emerges alone from the Appalachian cave system where the events of The Descent took place. Producers are Christian Colson (The Descent, Slumdog Millionaire) and Ivana MacKinnon (The Descent, The Scouting Book For Boys).

Neil Marshall, the director of The Descent, Doomsday and Dog Soldiers serves as executive producer.
