The death of Vincent Malivert, director of one of the prestigious jewelry shops in Place Vendome, leaves his wife Marianne at a terrible crossroad in her life. Marianne was once a great jewelry broker, until she finds out that her lover, Battistelli, is unfaithful to her. Since then, she lives in a boozy stupor most of the time.

One day, she discovers seven magnificent diamonds stashed away in her husband's hidden chest. Their beauty slowly awakens her interest in life. (French with English subtitles)
