In the year 3000AD, mankind no longer regins as Supreme Being on planet Earth. Years ago Earth was conquered by a ruthless Alien race, and now mankind is divided into two surviving groups - those that have been enslaved by their new master and those who live in primitive tribes. The past has been forgotten and a superstitious religion has been adopted where man now worships and fears what is believed to be mythic gods. Only the gods are not of myth but 12 foot tall aliens with razor sharp talons and devious minds. The most devious is Terl (John Travolta).
